I hold a Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy, and I’m fully licensed & insured to practise.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists (BACP), and a trainee member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy; this means that I’m fully accountable to and bound by these organisations’ codes of ethics and safe practice regulations.

I draw on a variety of psychotherapy schools & theories in my work, but I predominantly use Transactional Analysis (TA); a widely recognised and evidence-based approach to psychotherapy. I believe that everyone has the potential to change and grow, and my aim as a therapist is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your inner world, gain insight, and develop new ways of thinking and behaving.

My practice utilises a range of techniques to help my clients overcome emotional difficulties, resolve conflicts, and achieve personal goals. Whether it’s managing anxiety or depression, dealing with relationship issues, or overcoming past traumas, I tailor my approach to suit the individual needs of each client. My ultimate goal is to help you to become more self-aware and feel able to make decisions that lead to a more comfortable life.

I understand that we all have different preferences when it comes to therapy, which is why I offer face-to-face, online, and telephone sessions. For those who prefer in-person sessions, I am based at the Didsbury Counselling and Therapy Centre, conveniently located on Burton Road in West Didsbury. Remote sessions can are secure and confidential video sessions, or a chat over the phone.
